I ended my last post on Friday afternoon unsure if I would make a healthier pizza for our Friday night pizza tradition or cave to the convenience of the box -
So that's how that went....
I am a little behind on my posts, unfortunately I caught my 4 year old's cold. It started on the weekend but I was still able to get a workout in before things got worse. I did Strength with Brent and it was really challenging but it was my favourite workout so far. I actually felt like I was getting stronger on my third Evolve workout!
Here is what I ate on Saturday :

~Left over pizza (bad I know)

~Spaghetti Squash with homemade meat sauce
The past two days have honestly been a a write-off but I will be back at it tomorrow!

Today I am back at it! After being sick for the past few days, today I completed my 4th Evolve workout!

It's my birthday so it won't be good.....well it WILL be good just not good for me;)
I know I need to start adding snacks so that is the plan for tomorrow.....

My first day doing an Evolve workout! Clearly I have no upper body strength!
As my first post I don't fully have it together but I will be sharing my workout experirnces with you and any foods, recipes and helpful hints that I use along the way!
October 24, 2014
Today is my second workout with the Evolve program. On the menu today - Agility with Rececca and man was it hard! I sooooo have no upper body strength but I feel that keeping with the workouts I will get much stronger!
I had intended to share the foods that I eat from the beginning but have.... well not done that so here it is! ....(everyday I had a tonne of water - never counted just consumed :)
Wednesday October 22nd

~Tuna with mayo (I know, I know it's bad but it's what I did;)
Here is a recipe for home made mayo - still high in fat but as processed - there I feel better!
& the corn relish...

~Left over creamy pasta - that's right (all bad!) I wasn't prepared but think I have it together now....
Thursday October 23rd

~Hummus wrap (I was on the road and it was bad but I ate it anyway).

Friday is pizza night .......Lately we have been simply ordering it BUT in the past we made it from scratch - that is the goal for tonight - I will post on Sat what actually goes down ;)
